Force of habit I guess?

Excuse me if I'm feeling a bit silly today, I didn't feel like going grocery shopping last night so I had chocolate chip cookies and sour cream and onion chips for dinner last night. It's just how I roll....

Speaking of silly, I meant to share this with you a few blogs ago but there was so much on my brain I wanted to type out these past few days that this kind of got pushed to the back burner.

I was out with our B101 Nissan Cube last week (which by the way has the clearest view of the road, it's such an open car with so many windows) and I had to make a stop at the gas station.

Every car I've driven or owned has had the gas tank on the driver's side of the car. Just keep that in mind. Okay, so I pull up to Esso, pop open the gas tank and get out of the Cube. I look around and don't see any gas tank on the driver's side of the car... hmmm.. okay it must be on the other side of the car. No biggie, I'll get back in and drive around to one of the other pumps so the passenger door is facing the pump.

So off I go... park the car again in front of the pump and I pop open the gas tank. The gas tank isn't there! What happened?! I've brilliantly parked the car AGAIN with the driver's side door facing the pump. I laughed at myself as I closed up the tank again... how did this happen? I knew the gas tank was on the other side, why did I park the car again with the driver's side doors facing the pump?

Take three... and finally, I got it. Don't forget I'm in the B101 vehicle which has B101 written all over it... people were probably thinking "who is this clown who keeps driving around the gas station and re-parking the car"? I was tempted to say my name was Wendy or Tara so they wouldn't know it was me:)
