They say chivalry is dead... but it sounds to me more like these are the chivlarous things that we want to be dead.

Here's a list of the chivalrous acts that confuse women compiled by www.thefrisky.com:

Ordering my meal for me.

Pulling out my chair.

Asking my dad for my hand in marriage.

Helping me put my coat on.

Opening the door for me.

The only act of chivalry here I don't like is ordering my meal for me. For me personally, it is unnecessary and an impossible task because I am so picky! Other than that, I don't think any of these things are odd. They are all very gentlemanly and I have to say I am really lucky to be with someone who does all of these things- minus asking my dad for my hand in marriage... not even close to being there yet... wow is it hot in here?  Why is my collar so tight?? Haha.
