I'm so proud of my little Jet. Sometimes she acts like she has no ears, and is a little on the wild side when we're at the park.

We got this fabulous new toy for her to burn off some energy (she loves to run). It's a ball that's attached to a long stick and you throw the ball very far by whipping this big stick.... Jet used to do what most dogs do, runs to the ball and then plays around with it, and doesn't bring it back.

The guy at Petsmart that helped us said that if we kept throwing the ball, and telling Jet to drop it, she'd understand that if she drops the ball, we'd throw it again and it would become like a routine. And boy, was he right! Jet got it after about ten minutes! It was SO cute watching her trot back to us with the ball in her mouth, eager to run after it again.

Thanks to the snow though, the ball got lost a few times at the park... so we had to kick around in the snow to find the ball, and of course with my AMAZING luck, I was kicking around snow and stood in frozen doggie doo doo. The positive was that it was so frozen, it didn't do much spreading damage to my boots:)
