I normally don't do this, but I went to a buffet this weekend. And oh boy, was it ever good.

I'll tell you this- I'm not a conventional eater. Most people  get their plates and make their way to the chicken and potatoes, etc. etc. I like to get my main course with a side of dessert to start with. So It was rice, vegetables, strawberry tarts and ice cream with chocolate sauce- mmm mmm good!

You'd think people would stare at that, right? Not so much, what happened to me at the buffet was even more embarrassing... it seems as though things you'd only see in a cartoon only happen to me... and this sure did happen to me. I made the brilliant decision to wear a button-up shirt to the restaurant (you know where this is going, don't you??) As the night proceeded and the plates piled up... I could feel my shirt getting tighter. I stood up to get my last plate of food, and about half of the buttons on my shirt popped open!!!!! My belly button was exposed and all.... I'm just glad none of the buttons flew off and landed in some old lady's soup!

Next time I'm going to wear a big, baggy sweater and a good ol' fashioned pair of eatin' pants! With plenty of room to spare!
