Quite a few blogs ago in blogland, I wrote about getting my dog, Jet, a coat for winter. After spending LOTS of time trying to get one to fit her, with her long, long, LONG legs and skinny little body, we found a great fit.

Of course the coat is missing already. There's a forest at the dog park where Jet (and my other dog Bailey) go for their daily walks (at LEAST 2 a day, for over an hour each... border collie mixes, they absolutely have to burn off their energy... we go in rain or shine or snow. Not always that much fun for me!) Jet ran off into the forest for her daily scavenger hunt... and came back sans coat. And when she came back, it was with a big grin on her face. We think she did it on purpose;)

One of our dog-walking-crew-members was walking the other day and saw Jet's coat in the dog park. Of course we were so happy... but I'm sure Jet will find another way to get rid of the coat!
