Is it just me or did 2008 just fly by? It seriously feels like only a few weeks ago that  I was ringing in the new year of 2008 in Red Deer, Alberta (Yes, I lived there... and it makes me appreciate being back in Barrie way more!) I'm going to have a bit of trouble with 2009, simply because I hate uneven numbers. Something about them bugs me. So now I'm stuck with 2009 for a whole year!

Have a safe and Happy New Year... and if you don't have someone to kiss, kiss your pet! If your pet happens to be a goldfish though... maybe just blow a kiss through the glass:)
