BEAVERTON MURDER INVESTIGATION(UPDATE)

A 32 year old man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of a Beaverton man.
43 year old Charlie Bath died Sunday on a farm on the eastern shore of Lake Simcoe.
Investigators believe the two men knew each other and were having an ongoing feud.
Richard Shearer, also from Beaverton, made a brief court appearance today.
