Police have laid five charges including attempted murder after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Maria Street in Penetanguishene early Saturday.
A 22 year old Penetanguishene man was airlifted to Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto.
26 year old Ian Peabody of Midland has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, impaired driving and fail to remain.
