I always sympathize with people who work in drive-thrus.  They have to be fast, are the first to get yelled at if service is slow, and they have to sort of work "outside" because every time that window opens or closes the cold or hot air comes in to them.

But this is something I've noticed three times this week.  People who don't pull right up close to the window.  So the employee has to almost fall out of the window to give the customer their purchase.  I can picture it being a two person process with one person hanging on to the other person's ankles just to give the customer their food/drink.

C'mon... pull up to the window.  Or get out and walk to the window.  We don't want anyone pulling a muscle while they're working!
